Fefe was born in a busy kitchen in Rome, Georgia out of a simple struggle: the caffeine roller coaster. Like millions of others, our founders relied on coffee to power through high-intensity creative work. We turned to ancient wellness traditions and functional medicine, discovering that functional adaptogens—like organic Lion's Mane mushroom—could balance the physical and mental stress of caffeine.
