Note on Names: Full Name is optional during registration. If you choose not to provide your name, we will process your order and coordinate deliveries using only your email address and shipping details.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Verification

To verify compliance with our shipping policy, our servers analyze the ZIP code provided during checkout. Addresses outside of the State of Georgia are not eligible for delivery.

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols and security measures (including secure HTTP-only cookies and bcrypt password hashing) to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

6. User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform Policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected during your registration or authentication.

To delete your account and all associated data (such as order history, cached shipping details, and account metadata), please send a request to our support team at privacy@freshearthfungi.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please specify the email address associated with your account. We will review and purge your records from our systems within 10 business days.
