All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable. Because our crops depend entirely on nature, we operate rain or shine unless weather conditions become severe or hazardous.
Weather Cancellations: In the rare event that we must close the farm due to severe, unsafe weather, we will notify you via email and issue a text alert. You will receive a voucher to reschedule your visit for another available date or a full refund.
Stay in Designated Areas: Visitors must remain in the clearly marked U-Pick rows and public areas. Entering restricted zones, farm buildings, equipment storage, or private residential areas is strictly prohibited.
Harvest Rules: Please only pick crops that are designated as ready for harvest. You are responsible for paying for all produce you or your party harvest.
Mushroom Policy: For quality, safety, and bio-security protocols, our mushroom cultivation facilities are strictly closed to the general public. All mushrooms available for purchase are pre-picked and packed by farm staff at the farm stand.
Pets & Service Animals: To protect our farm livestock and crop hygiene, pets are not allowed in the picking fields. Trained service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times.
Supervision: Children must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times.
We reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave the property immediately, without a refund, if they display unsafe behavior, disrupt other guests, ignore staff instructions, or violate any posted safety signage.
