Subscription & Pause Policy

1. Subscription Options & Pricing
Fefe offers convenient recurring delivery terms to ensure your adaptogenic morning rituals are never interrupted:
- 6-Month Commitment Term: Entitles you to a 15% discount off the standard retail price of each tub. Your subscription is billed monthly and auto-renews at the end of the term.
- 12-Month Commitment Term: Entitles you to a 25% discount off the standard retail price of each tub. Your subscription is billed monthly and auto-renews at the end of the term.
2. Early Termination & Clawback Fee
When you subscribe to a 6-month or 12-month commitment term, you agree to keep your subscription active for the selected duration in exchange for the discounted pricing.
Clawback Clause: If you cancel your subscription before the end of your 6-month or 12-month term, you will be retroactively charged the difference between the full retail price ($29.00) and your discounted rate ($24.65 or $21.75) for each month elapsed up to the date of cancellation.

If you subscribe to a 12-month term ($21.75/month, saving $7.25/month) and cancel in Month 4, your early termination adjustment fee is:
This adjustment fee will be charged immediately to your default card in Stripe upon cancellation.
3. Subscription Pausing Rules
We understand that schedules change, so you can temporarily pause your deliveries directly from your profile dashboard under these restrictions:
- 30-Day Maximum: Subscriptions can only be paused for a maximum of 30 days (1 billing cycle) at a time. Indefinite pauses are not supported.
- No Consecutive Pauses: You cannot pause your subscription for consecutive periods. If your subscription was paused in the previous month, you must complete one active, billed cycle before you are permitted to pause again. For example, if January is paused, February cannot be paused.
- Resumption: Deliveries and billing automatically resume 30 days after your pause begins. When you pause, your dashboard will display a notice showing the date your deliveries will resume and your next shipment details.
4. Auto-Renewal & Management
At the end of your 6-month or 12-month term, your subscription will automatically renew on a rolling basis under the same term length and discount unless you cancel or modify it before the next billing date. You can view, pause, or initiate cancellations at any time through your Account Profile.
