The Perfect Fefe Brewing Ritual
In a blender, combine 3 tablespoons of mix, 6oz of cold milk, and 1.5 cups of ice. Blend on high until slushy and thick.
🔥 Hot Preparation
Stir 2 tablespoons of powder into 8oz of hot water or frothed milk (140°F - 150°F is ideal). Whisk or froth with a handheld frother until a thick, rich microfoam forms.
❄️ Iced/Cold Preparation
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of powder in 2oz of hot water first to activate the adaptogens. Fill a glass with ice, pour the concentrate over it, and top with 6oz of cold oat, almond, or dairy milk. Stir well.
🥤 Frappe (Blended with Ice)
Combine 2 tablespoons of powder, 6oz of plant milk, and 1 cup of fresh ice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until frosty, thick, and perfectly smooth.
